The intent of this RFP is to facilitate the disposal of excess and surplus real estate. The consultant shall prepare environmental CE documents and prepare final Right-of-Way plans, title research, legal descriptions, route survey plats or Right-of-Way parcel plats, acquisition instruments and other materials used in the acquisition of Right-of-Way. Services including: Ecological Survey, Archaeological Investigations, Historical/Architectural Investigations, Environmental Site Assessment Screening and other Environmental Services may be required and, if necessary, will have to be performed by prequalified consultants. All On-Call contract services are on an as-needed basis and there is a possibility that no assignments will be made. However, INDOT's present intention is to use most of the capacity for each of these new contracts during their respective terms.
