Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm shall provide construction inspection services for the first two Revive I-70 contracts and INDOT may amend the contract, at INDOT?s sole discretion, to include inspection services for contract 3. Revive I-70 is broken into three (3) contracts: 1) R-43375, scheduled Letting Date of February 28, 2024. This contract includes the construction of added travel lanes from 0.8 miles west of US 35 to 0.26 miles east of US 40 (Indiana/Ohio Line) including concrete median barrier, two (2) interchange modifications (US 35 and US 40), twenty-one (21) bridges consisting of but not limited to superstructure replacement, bridge deck overlays, bridge widenings, bridge rehabilitations and bridge painting, numerous small structure replacements, ITS Communications System and concrete pavement restoration on US 27. Anticipated construction is to begin in Spring of 2024 with Substantial Complete Date in late 2026 with ancillary operations occurring in spring 2027. 2) R-44969, scheduled Letting Date of September 11, 2024. This contract includes the construction of added travel lanes from 1.50 miles west of State Road 1 to 7.50 miles east of State Road 1 including concrete median barrier, fourteen (14) bridges consisting of but not limited to superstructure replacement, bridge deck overlays, bridge rehabilitations, numerous small structure replacements and ITS Communications System. Anticipated construction is to begin in Summer of 2025 with Substantial Complete Date in late 2027 with ancillary operations occurring in spring 2028. 3) R-44968, anticipated Letting Date of June 10, 2026. This contract includes the construction of added travel lanes from 7.50 miles east of State Road 1 to 0.8 miles west of US 35 including concrete median barrier, seven (7) bridges consisting of but not limited to superstructure replacement, bridge deck overlays, bridge rehabilitations and bridge painting, and ITS Communications System. Anticipated construction is to begin in Spring of 2027 with Substantial Complete Date in late 2028 with ancillary operations occurring in spring 2029.
