Specifications include, but are not limited to: REGIONAL CHILDHOOD LEAD POISONING PREVENTION PROGRAM. Provide the services of a Bilingual Coordinator/Educator and outreach worker(s) to conduct thefollowing activities:Establish and maintain Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Coalitions in the (6)counties.Identify and recruit additional stakeholders to participate in the coalitions and/orparticipate in coalition-sponsored activities.Provide a minimum of (4) opportunities for coalition members to increase theirknowledge, and enhance health education skills.Set at least (6) meetings for each coalition/sub-coalition.Collaborate with the Interagency Task Force On The Prevention Of Lead Poisoning,and other coalitions to develop and implement statewide and regional public educationprograms. Act as liaison between the Interagency Task Force On Prevention Of Lead Poisoning,and the Monmouth/Ocean County Lead Poisoning Prevention Coalition. Insure that all relevant agencies participate on the Regional Lead Poisoning PreventionCoalitions, including but not limited to:local health departmentsMaternal and Child Health Consortialocal housing agenciesagencies that provide health, housing and/or social services to hard-to-reach and under-served populations
