A. The successful contractor will be required to lease the following aircraft types/models or comparable aircraft (wet rental rate). Cessna 172 / comparable PA 28 / comparable SR 20 / comparable Cessna 182 / comparable Instruction / comparable NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. B. Contractor will warrant and certify that the airplanes are airworthy according to Federal Aviation Administration standards. This certification should be provided for evaluation each time the airplane is leased. C. Provide the name and addresses of the sole owner of the airplanes. D. Contractor will inspect, test and flight-check the airplane(s) through its authorized agent(s). If such test or inspection reveals that the airplane(s) is not equipped and/or the condition is not as stipulated, INDOT may decline use of the airplane. Contractor will be responsible for making available another airplane that is airworthy.
