Roadway Damage Kits, fully assembled: a) Expanded vinyl, zipper bag 11" x 6" b) 25 each crash tags c) 25 each zip ties d) 1 each Sharpie fine point permanent marker, black (No substitutions) Expanded vinyl, zipper bag shall be gray in color. Black screen print "Roadway Damage Tags" centered on front side of vinyl zipper bag. Font should be "Times New Roman". Crash tags shall be 3" x 5.5", 0.010 tag material, flood coated pink with black print on both sides. Refer to Attachment C Tag shall have four (4) clipped corners, two (2) 3/8" patch hole with patch and two (2) 3/8" brass eyelets. A pre-production proof of crash tag shall be delivered to INDOT for approval prior to full production. Sample shall be submitted to Sarah Bump at sbump@indot.in.gov Zip ties shall be black in color and 11" long, 4.8 mm wide.
