Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide the Officer(s) with: a. A vehicle (if required by the City) b. A uniform for the Officer(s) (Uniform shall be readily distinguishable from the Metropolitan Police Department and Marion City Sheriffs uniforms). c. Communications access between the Officer(s), the City and the Contractor. All Officers shall be capable of contacting the Contractors office, the public services dispatcher/designee, the City Police or Sheriffs Office, via wireless communication. (e.g. radio, cellular phone). d. Supervision of the Officer(s) twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, including holidays e. If requested by the City, the Officer(s) shall carry a rugged, steel cased, flashlight equipped with good batteries. f. Wireless communications equipment for the Officer(s) maintained in operable condition. Contractor shall ensure that at least thirty-one (31) employees are assigned to work at DRC to provide the described coverage. Contractor shall ensure that a minimum of one staff member per shift assigned to DRC be First Aid and CPR certified. Contractors staff shall include the following types of positions, at a minimum: a. One (1) Security Manager b. One (1) Assistant Security manager c. Six (6) Shift Supervisors d. Three (3) Police Deputies e. Twenty (20) Officers
