C. The Contractor shall furnish all services, labor, materials, tools and supervision required to maintain, in optimum operating condition, each device of the Emergency Generator System. Services shall include, repair and replacement of parts, component, belts, and devices, inspection calibration, cleaning and lubrication pertaining to the efficient operation of the system as listed on the Preventative Maintenance Checklist. Checklist attached in compliance with all governing requirements of the NFPA and the NEC. D. The minimum number of planned inspections shall be two (2) for one fiscal year spaced approximately one hundred eighty (180) days apart. The first repair and inspection shall be performed immediately upon award of the contract. E. Each preventative maintenance work period shall be prescheduled and directed from a maintenance management program initiated and maintained by the Contractor. The program may be computer programmed and directed or manually operated. A copy of this schedule shall be given to the Facilities & Environmental Manager prior to the performance of any work. F. All work shall be performed in the presence of an Agency Representative who shall sign documentation that the work is complete and a copy will be given to the Agency Representative at that time. The signature of the foreman of the crew performing the work shall appear on these documents. G. A report shall be furnished to the Agency Representative after each examination or emergency service and indicate the scope of work performed, any conditions requiring attention and indicate the name of the Agency Representative present.
