A. The Contractor shall provide as outlined in Para D, all labor, material and supervision for a grease pits evacuation and inspections. Work shall be bid as an annual lump sum amount, invoiced quarterly in arrears. B. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and supervision required to meet the schedules and perform the work of the agreement. D. The minimum number of planned evacuation/inspections per fiscal year are 4. E. Each visit shall be prescheduled and directed from an evacuation management program initiated and maintained by the Contractor. The program may be computer directed or manually operated. A copy of this schedule shall be in the hands of the Director or designated prior to the start of work.
