Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this document is to establish an agreement between the selected Vendor(s) and the Consolidated City of Indianapolis and Marion County (City/County) acting by and through the Information Services Agency (ISA). The resulting agreement for PeopleSoft Training Services for the City/County will be subject to the availability of funding and budgetary considerations. The City/County is accepting proposals from qualified professional individuals, firms, partnerships or corporations having specific experience in the service area(s) as identified in this RFP. The City/County is interested in proposals that reduce cost, improve services and will complete work in a consistent professional manner. The proposal should reflect these qualities.
