All required site grading, detention/retention areas, and erosion control measures. Installation of substation security fencing. Erection of 69kV and 15kV steel bus structures, bus work, and associated equipment. Erection of overhead static wires and supporting structures for substation lightning protection. Installation of all above and below grade substation grounding and foundations. Installation of AC and DC control and power cables. Installation of the secondary containment systems around the new and existing station transformer. Installation of all junction boxes, conduit, and raceway (above and below grade). Installation of 15kV feeder exit circuits to designated locations outside the substation yard fence. Receive, unload, move, store and install all Owner furnished materials specified or indicated.
