In accordance with IC 5-23-5, the Board of Commissioners of Fountain County, Indiana (“County”), invites any and all qualified parties to submit Proposals and Statements of Qualifications to develop, design and construct a new highway garage, salt barn and maintenance facility in Fountain County, Indiana in a publicprivate partnership (“Project”). This effort will be defined in the project scope and may incorporate any or all of the following: • Project financing and/or financial consulting, • All necessary land acquisition for the Project, • Project design and/or design coordination (Preconstruction), • Project procurement and bidding, • Construction and construction management, • Procure and install Project furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E), and • Building operations, management, and maintenance. The purpose of this RFPQ is to identify a team that is capable of developing the identified project within an established budget and schedule. Responses to this RFPQ will be reviewed and scored in accordance with this document.
