INDOT is looking to continue the delivery of quality projects for our Small Towns program statewide. During the first phase consultant contract of project development services for Des 2500045, the selected firm shall be responsible for preparation of stage one plans, estimate and any other tasks deemed necessary including but not limited to survey, red flag etc. as determined by scope of services meeting. Once the scope of work and construction estimate are determined, INDOT will assess ability to fund. If INDOT makes the determination to fund and proceed with the project, this contract MAY be amended to include the design of the project to construction completion and the additional services that may include: further plan development, environmental document preparation, permit work, geotechnical services, right of way plan development, title research, utility coordination, construction phase services and others as needed. INDOT will provide the Real Estate services as needed.
