Specifications include, but are not limited to: IPLA is seeking a vendor to provide the following services to the State. The following services will be provided free of charge and no monies shall be paid by the State for the services: The Vendor will publish a quarterly magazine titled, Nursing Focus for the ISBN beginning approximately three months after the execution of this contract and every three months thereafter. The magazine will be approximately 24-32 pages, will be printed on 60lb glss text, the cover and interior will be 4 color processes. In addition, the magazine trim size will be 8 3/8 X 10 7/8 with saddle stitch binding. The Vendor will publish quarterly issues in Quarters 1, 2 and 4 to be drop shipped to all Indiana long term care facilities, hospitals, and Indiana Nursing programs. In Quarter 3, the Vendor will mail the copies of the magazine to the home addresses for Registered Nurses in odd years and Licensed Practical Nurses in even years to fulfill the Agency requirement for mailing of renewal notifications. One hundred additional copies of each quarters magazine shall be provided to the State for distribution, the distribution of additional copies shall be at the discretion and expense of the State. The Vendor will also provide an electronic publishing link to the Nursing Focus magazine for use on the ISBN website. The Vendor will provide graphic design and layout services, including all scans.
