1/6/2026: Posting Amendment 0001 to the solicitation to provide vendor questions recevied in response to the request for quote with Government responses. See attached SF30 document.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Natural Resource Conservation Service is conducting an employee meeting. It is required to obtain a room block for lodging, conference space including am/pm light beverage refreshments, and audio-visual equipment as outlined in Appendix A of the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for approximately 350 participants.
The Government will look at the available options for a single location in Indianapolis, IN. The hotel must be able to have lodging availability for approximately 350 participants within the same hotel that the conference will take place for the dates of January 26-30, 2026. The conference dates will take place January 27-29, 2026.
