Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construction and renovation of the Mobility Solutions & Customer Care Center. 1. Area 1 comprises of a portion of the main level and the mezzanine level. The existing office space will be retrofitted and will include a fire suppression system, new access controls and security systems, new lighting and occupancy sensors. This phase will also include retrofitting a 1-2 person wheelchair lift from the main level to the mezzanine level, as well as retrofitting a transaction window into the existing storefront window system at the main vestibule off the parking lot. The existing training space will be divided into two rooms. Area 1 will also have a new water main from 5’-0” outside the building to the city main. 2. Area 2 comprises of a build-out of the existing raw space into two primary functions. One area is a state-of-the-art assessment center for its paratransit clients. The other area is a maintenance area for the cleaning and maintenance of paratransit buses. Both functions and the existing office will support the new owner’s mobility paratransit operations and customer service center. 3. The existing building is approximately 28,000 square feet.
