The Vendor shall provide mediation services to the best of their ability in accordance with Indiana Law, the Rules of Professional Conduct, and the Rules for Alternative Dispute Resolution. The Vendor shall provide available dates for meditations of at least four (4) per week but no more than one hundred fifty (150) per year. The dates must provide for at least a three (3) to four (4) hour window to conduct the mediation. The Vendor must have the ability to conduct meditations for parties who speak foreign languages. The Vendor must have adequate office space to conduct meditations where the parties are in rooms together or separately depending on the needs of the parties.
