The City of Indianapolis is formally requesting vendor information for marketing consulting, produce graphic design pieces and managing media buying for the Department of Parks and Recreation. The purpose of this RFI is to increase awareness of Indy Parks by developing and implementing a strategic marketing plan using appealing graphic design pieces. Vendor shall apply work within various forms including print, television, radio, web and social media. The strategic marketing plan will focus on key initiatives including increasing attendance at revenue-generating concerts and pools, and increased bookings at rental facilities. Vendor shall develop a design and layout for the Indy Parks Fun Guide, a program guide published three times per year (summer, fall, winter/spring). A proposed plan should include, but not be limited to the following. - Promoting summer revenue generating activities is central to this plan. These activities include: ticketed concerts, swimming pools and rental facilities. - Create a promotion and awareness campaign for Eagle Creek Park 12th largest city park in US More than 4000 acres of land and lake - Develop and implement a marketing plan for 2012 - Graphic Design as needed - Media campaign includes planning and management of media buys Radio, TV, Print, Social Media, Web - General Consultation - Layout and design Fun Guide, 3 per year 64 page program booklet Design and layout for Fun Guides must be completed within 6 weeks of receiving content from Indy Parks with available time for proofing and printing.
