The selected Contractor(s) shall provide comprehensive linen management services specifically serving the NeuroDiagnostic Institute (NDI) in Indianapolis, IN and Richmond State Hospital in Richmond, IN of the Indiana State Psychiatric Hospital Network (ISPHN). Respondents may bid for one or both facilities. These services are essential to maintaining a hygienically clean, safe, and efficient environment for patients and staff. All work must adhere to applicable healthcare regulations and sanitation standards, including but not limited to those set forth by The Joint Commission and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The contractor(s) must also comply with all applicable ISPHN policies and any facility-specific policies and operating procedures.
