Specifications include, but are not limited to: pecific considerations: 1.Provide specific details (e.g. surveys, best practices, checklists, etc.), that your company uses to gather information on scope definition. This methodology, either developed by your company or with/via other sources, or via a NIST or ISO standard, should be something that you’ve seen work effectively, must be applicable to the State’s objectives, and must be completely open to discussion and use by the State. 2.Define the capabilities needed for the professionals involved, the tools that are acceptable (or point the State to a list of acceptable tools), and other components necessary. Please share those areas where tools and expertise may not be subjected to stringent guidelines. Also point out the pitfalls the State should watch for and avoid. 3.Discuss the project management or assessment methodology steps that you believe to be critical or valuable to a successful engagement. This input can be both general and specific. 4.Identify for each service, those key variables that will vary from assessment to assessment (agency to agency) that are necessary to successfully scope the engagement (if not provided in your answer to #1). 5.Other input on specific services you believe the state should consider as it develops its procurement templates
