Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide all Preliminary Engineering Services, including but not limited to: Full Engineer's Report; Topographic Survey; Geotechnical Investigations; Pavement Design; Scour and Hydraulic Analysis; Preliminary Utility Coordination, Broadband Coordination; and Railroad Coordination; Preliminary Road & Bridge Design (30%); Bid Document Preparation for a Design-Build Low Bid procurement. As an option at INDOT's sole discretion, additional services for Preliminary Engineering may include, but are not limited to: Traffic Engineering; MOT Design; ITS Design, Lighting Design; Title Research and Right-of-Way Plan Development; Real Estate Services. The selected Consultant shall provide all services necessary to complete an approved environmental document for the project, including but not limited to: Environmental Document Preparation; Wetlands Investigations; Historical Investigation; Cultural Resources Determination; Noise Analysis; Environmental Permitting services
