Specifications include, but are not limited to: Recruit and pre-screen applicants for available positions within the agency. Advise management on the administration of human resource policies and procedures Analyze current HR programs and recommend solutions that help enhance employee performance Conduct audits of HR activities to ensure compliance. Provide guidance to the E.D. on an as needed basis regarding any issues that arise. Serve as consultant for the E.D. in identifying other suggested areas for further study. Prepare any requested written reports or communications that are related to the various projects and/or assignments. Assist with other typical HR related projects such as communication, strategic planning and employee succession as requested.
