The City of Fort Wayne (City) is requesting qualifications from interested parties for the completion of architectural design services (Services). These Services are required for the design and renovation of an existing building into a 24-hour Homeless Services Center (Project). This existing building is located at 333 East Washington Boulevard, Fort Wayne, IN 46802. Key to the success of this Project will be the design of a space that meets the needs of the shelter operator and the Homeless Service Center guests. The vision for this facility will be 24-hour access to support staff and guest amenities. Consultation with the City and the service provider to gain a full understanding of Project vision will be essential for the proper design of this facility. The initial phase, which will need to be expedited, includes the examination of the existing building to identify which portion of the building should be demolished to create much needed green space.
