The third-party vendor shall provide the following services: Comprehensive Social Media & Online Presence Screening Behavioral Risk Screening Categories Customization and Filtering Candidate Report Generation System Access & Support Data Security & Retention The vendor shall retain all records, reports, and associated data resulting from social media background screenings for a period not to exceed three (3) years from the date of report generation. After this retention period, all data, whether stored digitally or physically, must be permanently purged from the vendor’s systems and any affiliated storage environments. Written confirmation of the purge must be provided to the Indiana State Police upon request. Data must not be used for any other purpose outside of fulfilling the contract. Each of the above services should include the following: Screening major social media and public platforms Flagging illegal activity, hate speech, violence, harassment, etc. Clear, downloadable reports with links/screenshots
