Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Development Services - HMA Overlay, Minor Structural on US 52 from SR 3 S Junction to SR 244 in Rush County. The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide an Engineering Assessment Report, Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Geotechnical Services, Topographic Survey, Utility Coordination, Hydraulic Analysis, Design and Plan Development, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and R/W Staking, as needed), and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and R/W Staking, as needed), INDOT will provide Real Estate Acquisition Services as needed.
