School seeks for Respondents to outline how it would provide fuel products for its transportation fleet. ● Premium Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) – both red and clear ● Regular Unleaded Gasoline – 87 Octane; Fuel must be available via: ● Bulk Transport Deliveries (minimum 7,500 gallons per load) ● Minimum of Three (3) Local Fueling Stations where VCSC vehicles can refuel directly; All fuel supplied must meet the detailed Fuel Specifications below. Fuel Requirements; Diesel Fuel – Premium Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) ● Must meet all FTA requirements to ensure ULSD integrity. ● Sulfur content must not exceed 0.000015% (15 ppm). ● Any diesel additive must: ○ Be certified and directly injected at the supplier terminal. ○ Ensure improvements to Cetane and Lubricity. ○ Splash blending is strictly prohibited. ● Bidders must: ○ Supply full transport loads (7,500 gallons). ○ Operate 3 fueling stations accessible to VCSC within 20 miles of 3250 Maple Avenue Terre Haute, Indiana 47804. ○ Provide fuel from a single source terminal, with the terminal location specified in the proposal.
