The vendor will be responsible for ongoing new component software development, implementation and training, and maintenance and support of existing component software systems and associated hardware systems. This program year (2018-19), InTERS will be moving the remaining modules from Window Client (thin client) to Web access. For a period of time both systems will run simultaneously in an effort to allow users of the system can gain familiarity and functionality with the new system.
