A. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, and supervision required to maintain, in a crisp clean weed free condition described herein. Work shall be bid as an annual lump sum amount summarized by completing the Application Unit Prices. B. Grounds Maintenance actions are scheduled to coincide with seasonal climate requirements and operational needs. It should be recognized that seasonal climate conditions might dictate that the schedules may be adjusted. D. The work must be coordinated with the Facility Representative and supervised by competent experienced nurserymen capable of good communication with his workmen and the Owner’s Facility Representative. E. The Contractor will coordinate with the Facility Representative when on site and will tour before each application with an Owner's representative to review conditions and determine what work to perform. F. After each application a Facility Representative shall sign the documentation that the prescribed work is complete. The signature of the Contractor’s representative performing the work shall appear on these documents. G. The Contractor must possess State licenses 3A, 3B & 6 and be responsible for any inspection, permit, notice, or fee required by governmental authorities.
