Specifications include, but are not limited to: The overall goal of this project is to replace IndyGo’s current outdated and inadequate ERP system with a system that employs up-to-date technology, provides support for progressive business practices and provides greater flexibility in reporting. With this RFP, IndyGo seeks to replace its existing ERP solution with a proven, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) ERP system. The new ERP system should meet the following objectives: • Provide a single, comprehensive, and integrated solution to manage the Agency’s business functions. • Streamline business processes through automation, integration, and improved business workflow. • Provide enhanced reporting promoting data-driven decision capability.
