Specifications include, but are not limited to: This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Indianapolis Airport Authority (Authority). The Authority requires the services of a professional, qualified software consultant. The Authority is requesting proposals for a comprehensive assessment of Authoritys current enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, land management system (LM), and aviation activity and contract management/billing system (PM) for the current modules utilized per Exhibit B. Assessment must include documentation of the cycles and related processes currently in use by the Authority, a detailed set of business requirements, and a recommendation for a software solution that meets business requirements and represents the best total cost of ownership to the Authority over a seven year period. Respondent shall describe and document a list of the Authoritys required and desired functionality in ERP, LM and PM systems as well as indicate whether or not required and desired functionality is present and utilized by the existing and proposed ERP, LM and PM systems.
