The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide a Topographic Survey, Pavement Design, Environmental Documentation, all Permit Applications, Utility Coordination, Road Design Plans, Traffic Management Plans including the IHCP, and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations Historical/Architectural Investigations, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, Engineering and Staking), Title Research, Hydraulic Investigation and Public Involvement Services, if these work-types become necessary. INDOT will provide the Land Acquisition Services for these projects, if required.
