Contractor will provide prevention support services to the Division of Mental Health and Addiction and its subrecipients. Deliverables: Technical assistance for subrecipients of the Substance Use Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery Services Block Grant (SUPTRS) to implement substance use primary prevention strategies. Federally mandated data collection for SUPTRS subrecipients implementing substance use primary prevention strategies. Administration of the Indiana Youth Survey and Indiana College Substance Use Survey to monitor substance use and behavioral health. Technical assistance for the regional school-based prevention services funded via the Child Psychiatric Services state appropriation. OPTIONAL DELIVERABLE: Technical assistance and training for DMHA and its subrecipients of the Partnerships for Success grant, IF DMHA is awarded this grant.
