Specifications include, but are not limited to:e respondent will be responsible to do the following: • Minimum Requirement 1: Have successfully implemented a similar solution for at least one state health department in the previous 5 years. • Minimum Requirement 2: Have available an electronic platform, that IDOH will be granted access to for accessing all results and samples submitted. • Provide detection, identification, analysistechnique, quantification limit and quantification of drug compounds in the IDOH Comprehensive Panel. • Will accept and test samples submitted by any or all of Indiana’s 92 county coroners. Page 7 of 38 • Will accept and test blood, urine, and vitreous samples. • Ability or plan to gain ability within six (6) months of contract execution to conduct testing for all of the drugs listed in the IDOH Comprehensive Panel (Attachment K) through either blood and/or urine and/or vitreous samples. • Have a system in place to monitor for the latest developments and trends of all synthetic fentanyl, cannabinoids, and psychoactive analogues. Detection and quantification of these will be added to the IDOH Comprehensive Panel at no additional charge. If bidder will charge to add, must list what the additional cost will be.
