Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Indiana (the “State”), through the Department of Local Government Finance (“DLGF”), is requesting information from interested parties in providing the following types of continuing education and training services: 1. Continuing Education: Provide continuing education classroom training on a quarterly basis to assessing officials, their designees, and others in the assessment community (e.g., property tax representatives). Topics include (but are not limited to) property tax assessment, current issues in property tax assessment and administration, and property tax appeals, in accordance with the rules, guidelines, and code provisions promulgated by the DLGF and the Indiana General Assembly. 2. Ad Hoc Training: Provide training or participate in various assessor conferences or meetings on an as-needed basis.
