Specifications include, but are not limited to: Park Facilities Roving Security Services The City of Springfield, Missouri is requesting bids from qualified firms to supply roving security services for the purpose of safe guarding and protecting the public, City employees and maintaining orderly, safe, sanitary and secure use of City owned parking facilities and to prevent or discourage disturbances, disorderly conduct, breach of peace, public or private nuisances, littering, riots, destruction or damage to public or private property, personal injury or annoyances, molestation, illegal acts and violations of laws, regulations, ordinances and rules of the City on and about the City parking facilities. These requirements are not intended to limit the scope of work of the duties of the security Contractor and the security Contractor is expected to conduct its operations in such a manner as to assure the purpose established herein. The following parking facilities will require these services: College Station Car Park; 3 levels, 393 parking spaces Heers Car Park; 4.5 levels, 375 parking spaces
