Project Development Services - Bridge Replacement on US-52 at Butler's Run, 0.2 mile west of SR-1 and Two (2) Small Structure Replacements on SR-252; 4.10 and 5.93 miles east of US-52 in Franklin County, Indiana Seymour District. The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. These services will include Environmental Document Preparation, Topographic Survey, Bridge and Small Structure Replacement Design and Plan Development, Bridge Hydraulics Analysis, MOT, Environmental Permits, Right-of-Way Plan Development (including Title Research, Engineering and R/W Staking as needed), Utility Coordination, and Construction Phase Services. INDOT will provide small structure replacement hydraulics, Geotechnical Services, Pavement Design and Real Estate Acquisition Services (if needed). The INDOT Project Manager and the Consultant will schedule the Scoping Meeting within two (2) weeks of the Notice of Selection. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the Scoping Meeting. These contracts will utilize INDOT?s eInvoice application.
