Specifications include, but are not limited to: BENEFITS CONSULTANT FOR EMS FIRE RESCUE. The Benefit Consultant shall conduct research and provide salary and benefits comparison for all current positions within the Seminole County EMS Fire Rescue Division. The comparison shall include the following items in the final document. The result of the project shall be submitted in a final report and in electronic format. All raw data will be provided in electronic format utilizing Microsoft Excel 2007. General: • Comparisons to ten (10) like agencies, including contiguous counties. • Comparisons to all cities within Seminole County. • Comparison of official job descriptions and the ranks/titles. • Provide copies of all union contracts for any agency referenced. • Provide copies of all job descriptions of positions identified.
