Community Crossings Scope of Work: Bituminous asphalt resurfacing of various sections of roads in Monroe County, Indiana. All road segments will be one project. Sealed bids will be accepted for each project and/or combination of projects. Bids shall include the bituminous mix complete laid in place for new or resurfacing projects, including all traffic control, materials, paving and compaction equipment, tack oil, labor, supervision, and trucking charges. General Specifications: Contractor must follow resurfacing and traffic control specifications set forth by the Indiana Department of Transportation. Complete specifications are set forth in the Bid documents, the 2026 Road Resurface Specifications and Bidder Instructions, which, along with this Notice, are made a part of the Bid Documents.
