80,000 gallons more or less #2 premium diesel fuel delivery to the DeKalb County Highway Department. Fuel supplier to submit standard analysis of fuel with bid forms. All fuel supplied for the term of the contract shall be from a single source of supply which shall be stated on the bid form and shall meet analysis supplied at time of delivery. Failure to submit analysis with bid will be cause for rejection. Winter blended fuels may be required from November 15th thru April 15th to meet the needs of vehicles and equipment in our county. A copy of the terminal manifest showing fuel specifications is required with every delivery. Upon fuel quality concerns, test samples shall be submitted for analysis and will compare with fuel analysis submitted with bid. Fuel order must be filled within 24 hours after receipt of order. Please submit fuel bid with option for locked fixed price and current open market price.
