The trainer will provide the planning, creation, and provision of training to the Adult Protective Services (APS) units to increase the quality and responsiveness of the APS program. The trainer will also provide subject matter expertise to the Division of Aging regarding the recently implemented case management system and the APS system transition. The trainer will collaborate with the Division of Aging, the Division’s training team, the developers of the recently implemented Case Management System (CMS), and other parties involved in the APS system transition The trainer must provide subject matter expertise and assistance with the APS system transition. Assistance will include, but is not limited to, creating documents, reviewing documents, and providing general subject matter expertise on the APS program. The trainer must work to understand how the APS system transition will impact the training program; the trainer will update the training program accordingly.
