The purpose of this RFQ is to select a respondent to provide technical assistance on topics related to the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model to the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA), Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA). Deliverables: Technical Assistance: Technical assistance on topics related to the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model. State-specific coaching: Dedicated state-specific coaching to support planning and implementation. Live Training: Delivery of live training and technical assistance, as agreed to in alignment with state workplan. Library of Tools: Access to a library of tools, resources and templates to support state-specific implementation.
