Include 10% spare probes and cables. 2. Connectivity: Gateways and communication modules to support onsite network connectivity with automatic cellular failover. System must queue and forward data during connectivity disruptions without data loss. 3. Software/Cloud Platform: Secure, role-based web portal and mobile access with dashboards. alerts, audit logs, and reporting. Include unlimited user accounts for IDOH staff at no additional cost. 4. Installation & Commissioning: Onsite installation, sensor placement, labeling, calibration certificate capture, and functional testing. Commission all 40 units with documented acceptance tests. 5. Configuration: Alarm thresholds, notification rules, escalation trees (SMS, email, and voice/phone), and site-specific schedules. 6. Training & Change Management: Live training for end-users and administrators (two sessions minimum, recorded), quick-reference job aids, and SOP templates for alarm response. 7. Maintenance & Support: Annual NIST-traceable calibration (certificates provided), replacement of failed hardware, firmware/software updates, and 24×7 support with defined SLAS. 8. Reporting & Data Retention: Automated weekly and monthly reports; on-demand exports (CSv, PDF); retain data and audit logs for at least 7 years; IDOH owns all data.
