Sourcing event #0000086317 is for obtaining bids for a vendor to provide maintenance to the 9 Mobile Response Operations vehicles on a quarterly & yearly basis as outlined in the scope of work. - IDOH has 9 Mobile Response Operations vehicles that are used in daily operations. The Emergency Preparedness team is requesting: Quarterly Maintenance includes: • Change oil and filter • Change air and fuel filter, replace as necessary. • Change cabin air filter & engine air filter. • Check all belts and hoses for wear/damage. • Check and top off all fluids. • Check all exterior/interior lights. • Check windshield wipers. • Lubricate all doors/latches. • Check rear cabinets latches & fastening to walls. • Check tire pressure. • Rotate tires. • Check brakes. • Check awning for operation/broken parts. • Check rear electrical/inverter system. • Check heat and A/C for operation. Yearly Maintenance includes: • Check generator starting battery and load test. • Check generator for proper operation/output. (120VAC and 60HZ) • Check generator cooling system. (i.e. coolant level, coolant pump and fan) • Check generator muffler connections and mounting. • Check generator housing for damage from road debris or bottoming out. • Battery replacement on 2 vans
