This is a quotation (bid) for the sludge removal service at Mississinewa Lake throughout the campground, waste water treatment plant, and one offsite location on the property. The vendor is to quote the cost of service per gallon of sludge waste removed. This will be the price to use when bidding on estimated number of gallons per recreational season. The actual number of gallons removed may be higher or lower than estimates per year and the property is not bound to a set figure. All vaults that must be serviced have two (2) 400 gallon capacity vaults equaling 800 gallon capacity, with the exception of two (2). The average gallons removed from each vault = 600 gallons. See notes for the exceptions.
