Crops to be planted: Tenant will plant Neonicotinoid free corn for the duration of the contract. Cover crops (type; where to be planted): Tenant will plant cover crops in all fields farmed as part of the aforementioned contract in Sec. 2, 10, 11, 14, and 15. Township T1N, Range 6W in Daviess County, and described in a certain field outline map, attached hereto and hereby made a part as “Exhibit A” with a cover crop mix that is approved by the Property Manager before planting. Specification of seeds and herbicides (if applicable): Tenant will use only neonicotinoid free seed for crops and cover crops and will not use any Restricted Use Pesticides. Pesticides to be applied must be approved by the Property Manager before application. All cover crops must be planted within the planting window for this region. Failure to plant cover crops within the identified window will result in damages being assessed against the Tenant and may result in forfeiture of this Lease.
