The Office of Traffic Safety is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to update the Indiana Strategic Highway Safety Plan (SHSP), including the Vulnerable Road User Report (VRU), for the State of Indiana. The selected consultant will facilitate coordination meetings with stakeholders, perform safety planning data analysis, draft updated documents for INDOT and document the process steps used to develop the updated documents. INDOT requests a cost proposal for this scope of work, as is customary for non-project-related services and planning studies and as set forth in federal regulations. The cost proposal will be considered in the selection evaluation process. The cost proposal shall be included in the LOI page count limit.
