The Village of Orland Park (“Village”) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from interested and pre-qualified law firms/attorneys to provide legal services to the Village of Orland Park. The following categories of legal services are being sought: 1) General, 2) Employment, 3) Economic Development, 4) Bond Counsel, 5) Village Prosecutor Services, and 6) As needed special legal services. The relationship between the Village and the selected firm(s) will be set forth in a written engagement agreement. The Village anticipates that the firm will be engaged for a term of five years subject to the right of the Village and the firm to terminate the engagement at any time without cause, for any reason, or for no reason.
