The St. Louis Regional Airport Authority, validly formed and operating under the Illinois Airport Authorities Act (70 ILCS 5/1, et seq.) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit the Airport Authority’s financial statements for the fiscal year ending May 31, 2023, with the possibility of auditing the airport authority’s financial statements for the 5 subsequent fiscal years. The airport’s fiscal year begins on June 1 and ends on May 31.

The final decision of the selection of the firm to conduct the audit will be made by the St. Louis Regional Airport Board of Commissioners. The final agreement will be in the form of a written contract following the standard agreement form used by CPA firms conducting audits.
