Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. A centralized database to track the inventory data for all FPD Law Enforcement locations 2. Elimination of handwritten Property Log Book, the Evidence Log Book with the generation of key reports and forms from the system. 3. Inclusion of necessary fields to ensure unique inventory item numbers and case numbers. Respondents to this RFP must describe ability and willingness to provide requested services. 4. Track or use bar codes, photos, or video documentation. 5. Inventory location reports. 6. Inventory location reports showing; a.) Items missing from specified locations; b.) Items in specified location that do not belong there; c.) Item stored correctly and/or incorrectly. 7. Can perform chain of custody movements on multiple items for multiple cases. 8. Saves, track and report on edits made to chain of custody or item descriptions. 9. Track items in in multiple locations. throughout the county
