Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Complete demolition of the main structure and all out buildings. 2. Removal of all debris, equipment, vehicles, tires, concrete blocks, rubbish, dead trees, brush, stumps and materials from the site. Absolutely none of these listed items nor any of the building debris, nor other trash or debris may be buried or left to remain on the property under any circumstance. 3. Proper disposal must be used for all debris, equipment, vehicles, tires, concrete blocks, rubbish, appliances, trees, trash, materials, etc. in commercial landfills. Burning of any type is not authorized at the site. Valued scrap material may be salvaged for later sale, but must be removed from the site by the Contractor at the time of demolition. Landfill tickets accounting for all project demolition debris must be submitted with requests for payment. Building debris must be taken to a properly licensed landfill within forty-eight (48) hours of removal from the site.
