Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. All data collected shall be in US State Plane Coordinates System, Illinois East zone, NAD-83, NAVD-88, US Survey Feet, as opposed to an arbitrary coordinate system. 2. Provide a minimum of two control points at each location (with horizontal and vertical control). The control points must be established in the field and immediately outside the limits of the survey location. 3. Station the ROW centerline in the field with white marking paint. Obtain cross-section elevations at each station from each ROW AND at least five (5) feet beyond. The cross-section elevations from the topographic survey should align with the annotations at each station in AutoCAD. If not, the Respondent will need interpolate the cross-section elevations at those stations in AutoCAD.
